JUNIORS Junior training is run on Thursday afternoons. Usually from 4.30 for Divisions 7 to 4, and from 5.30pm for Divisions 3 to . This can vary depending on the coaches availability and will be confirmed at the start of the season one allocated to a team and coach. SENIORS There are no training day for seniors.

JUNIORS Competition games are run on Saturday afternoon's. Games are run: 12.00pm for divisions 7,6,5 1.30pm for divisions 4,3 2.30pm for division 2 3.30pm for division 1 These times may slightly vary and will be confirmed at the start of the season. LADIES COMP 14+ Competition games are run on Wednesday nights. Games are run: 6.30pm for mixture of divisions 7.30pm for mixture of divisions MIXED COMP 14+ Competition games are run on Thursday nights. Games are run at 6.30pm

Training and Competition games are held at Vost Park Netball Courts, Murray Drive, Coffs Harbour

Competition games are run for ages 7 to 17. There is also a NET SET GO PROGRAM which is run for 5 to 7 year old's on Saturday's. The NetSetGO start date can be found on the Juniors page.

If you haven't already got a uniform, they can be picked up at training or competition day's. Please allow extra time before your game t get a dress as it has to be purchased through the website. We love you for asking this question. Anyone can volunteer, and the more the merrier!! A little, or a lot!! CANTEEN DUTY- every third week on Competition day's. COACHING- share your love for the game and teach our amazing kids all the skills. TEAM MANAGER- keeping parents up to date with things coming up. Assisting the coach in any way possible. COMMITTEE- join our Fab committee. There is lots involved in running a successful club and any help you can give would be welcomed. JUNIORS All juniors get placed into a team. Teams are graded and made to be as even as possible, so we put all players into teams. LADIES AND MIXED COMP All new players are welcome!! If you don't have a team, feel free to contact us and we will be able to help you join a team. It will be great to welcome you to our club. :)
